Match with: Chardonnay or Sparkling wines, Sweet/Sticky dessert wines
Texture: Soft and creamy with a white rind
Notes: Mild and creamy with a hint of mushrooms
Kaimai Camembert
Match with: Champagnes or red wines
Notes: Luscious and buttery. Has undertones of mushrooms and nuts
Kaimai Havarti
Match with: Chardonnay or Pinot Noir
Texture: Semi-firm and almost springy, with small eyes (holes)
Notes: Mild and creamy yet tangy
Kaimai Emmental
Match with: Chardonnay or Pinot Gris
Texture: Semi-hard with large eyes (holes), NZ Swiss style
Notes: Nutty, sweet and mellow
Kaimai Washed Rouge
Match with: Buttery Chardonnay or cold beer
Texture: Semi-soft with reddish coloured rind
Notes: Strong, slightly pungent and creamy with a subtle yeasty flavour
